Acho que descobri que sou compulsiva, acho não tenho certeza !!!
Ontem almocei e não resisti a uns pasteizinhos e batata frita, não comi nada masi só issu, mas sei que fritura não é bom, cheguei em casa e falei fazem 03 meses que não como pão de sal, comi 02 pães com requeijão, como se não bastasse jantei macarronada ao molho de manjericão (nem gosto de macarrão) e 01 panqueca aos 4 queijos com refrigerante e depois adivinha..culpa, culpa e mais culpa..
Então eu percebi que quando meu marido está em casa não faço isso, como o normal.
Neste momento poercebi que preciso de ajuda, não é só uma RA....
Li sobre os comedores compulsivos anonimos, é legal , mas não tem na minha cidade...
Mas o mais importante é que descobri meu problema !!!
